All items are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to update or withdraw products at any time.

Orders are dispatched within 28 days of purchase. All items are sent via Royal Mail Standard, which typically takes 2–5 business days once posted.

Prices are listed in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Postage costs are shown at checkout.

Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment providers. We do not store payment details.

You have the right to request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or events outside of our control.
